Health & Wellness go together like salt & pepper, or peanut butter & jelly! Hmm . . . I probably need a little more work on the analogies, but you get what I’m saying. It’s important to know that wellness is something you can choose to practice, and the choices you make will have an impact on your health. The choices matter even more as you get older, but the sooner you start, the better off you’ll be in the long run!
The fact is, we've all probably tried to improve something over the years, so you already know there's no quick fix or magic diet. And honestly, I'm the last person to suggest we "go to the gym". (Yep, I'm that kind of friend)! But . . . I'm not so proud of that anymore.
Now, I find myself looking for websites and apps with simple fitness and wellness routines, and I'm gonna' share those tips with you on this page. I’m also going to post news and research on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which will include some of my favorite recipes, and since I don’t eat meat or poultry any more, I’ve come up with some really delicious meals. No, really!
At any rate, I think I just made myself accountable - to everyone - which means fit and fabulous life . . . here we come!
